Lovely Haul Stewart, a lot there I've never seen. Would love to get a Peach Blossom.........

Another great catch, Stewart. I love the Peach Blossom, the Magpie and the Swallow Tail (especially nice).
Nice one Stewart. Agree with A. conjugella.
When it comes to taxonomic changes, moths make birds look very settled! P. lutarea is now P. nebulella. Just aswell the macros and a lot of micros have vernacular names.
Have you given up on the OFFH Moth List this year?!
Peach Blossom. Your wish came true. Well done Stewart, on that and the others.
The macros are great but the micros are a bit over my head...what the hells a paraswammer%("!?~~|. Some fine moths there Stew.
Hey Stewart,
I know it will spoil the photo's, but could you put something in the frame to indicate the moth sizes ?
:-)
Skev - The OFFH Moth list is still going, all the ones in my garden pictures should be added but I havent got the time! I think I'll just add a total number...
Dean - Yes, I'm well pleased with that, the Lilac Beauty and the Pinion S Snout, two unexpected species there.
Nigel - Great names eh!Paraswammerdamia indeed!
Warren - Now youre asking, a ruler would ruin the aesthetics! Just imagine...:)
Hi Stewart, I've really enjoyed spooling through the last few months of mothing - what an excellent record you have created for Northumberland. I'll be keeping in touch regularly from now on after my enforced absence. BW Andrew
Hello again Andrew! Is this another new blogging venture! I must try and keep in touch, good luck with it all...
