A lovely sunny warm evening at Boulmer tonight. Sea slightly choppy at high tide, but no wind to speak of.

The Whinchat has been joined by a second bird tonight near the Seaton Point laybye. 12 Grey Plovers, including a dapper male still in summer plumage, were waiting for the tide to recede and a female Sparrowhawk was chasing around the farm house.

Quite a bit of weed has been washed up here. A lot of common waders are taking full advantage, maybe a hundred birds in total, with Dunlin, Redshank, Ringed Plover, Knot, Turnstone and a single Sanderling enjoying a feast of insects in the rotting pile.

Experimenting with fonts are we BB?

:)

A rather large Arial font greeted us yesterday, now we're met with a mammoth-sized Times Roman affair.

Nice one Darrell, no ganja on me, I'd end up a paranoid schitzo...now, the place to be is Berwick upon t'Weed. No wonder they catch big salmon on't river :)

BB - The technical term for it is 'twatting about'. Gone back to basics now.
