Above - Male Lapland Bunting, Bells Links, Druridge - 22nd March 2007.

See photos below and compare. I haven't done much drawing recently, I think I'll get back into it...

Boulmer today, sunny, light NE2, pleasant.
Still very little in the way of new birds. 80+ Wigeon flew into Seaton Point from the south and 15 Ringed Plovers were on the beach. Thats it.

You should have a blog exhibition of your drawings.

Eminem - Mr McWho? No when I was at school we used to paint on cave walls...

Colin - Cheers, I might use some drawings for the stuff I mess up on the camera. On second thoughts, I probably wouldn't have the time for that lot!

Cheers all, S...

I'm sure that you're not soooo old that the Duchess' School was a place only for girls.

M&M is giving away her location, Mr Mcdonnough is a short squat art teacher (complete with tash) with a penchant for good t-shirts and Dc comics. A very good & loyal customer of the Grocer his one liners can be amusing.
Finally Stewart some drawing, having seen much more of your work over the last 18odd years I agree that a little self publicising is warranted, for those who do not know Stewart is an artist of exceptional ability and great hunility. Often his bird sketches have left me simply in awe at his talent. Go on publish more don't hide your light under a bushel.

Hi all.
Well I'm going to have to cough now.
M&M (Mmmmmm)-Duchess school is way too up market for the likes of moi (Though I wish I had gone when it was just a place for girls!). I spent my formative years as rough as a badger's at Ashington High School. Have you seen the film 'Kes'? Billy Casper could have been me!;-)
G,G,Ger, Grocer - Mr McDoughnut sounds a canny chap, give him my regards. Thanks for biggin me up as the next Tunnicliffe, but you know, give a monkey enough time with enough paper and he would paint the Mona Lisa eventually.

Cheers S...
