Consequently I know way too much more than I should have to about BT's kafkaesque admin processes and sometimes way too much than some of the engineers (ha!) they sent out but more importantly - what (eventually) worked for me was
1) posting a really grumpy message on the BT commmunity care forum (title Truly appalling customer service from BT). This should give you access to the customer care guys somewhere in Ireland.
2) Doing the same on the DigitalSpy Broadband forum (activley monitored by BT)
and finally emailing the chairman - ian.livingston@bt.com.
fingers crossed
CathieSnapping Houndhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03709035369186099323noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31159349.post-52479585748189185332011-04-07T15:18:42.938+01:002011-04-07T15:18:42.938+01:00It works, nice to get the Wheatears, real stunners...It works, nice to get the Wheatears, real stunners.Alan Paveyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09286527051679271536noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31159349.post-5577753020396444352011-04-07T12:20:23.389+01:002011-04-07T12:20:23.389+01:00It as worked.
